ORDER MINIMUM

We do have an order minimum of 6 pieces for a new design.

BRANDED MERCHANDISE

If you are requesting branded merchandise, please note that we require permission from the gym owner to reproduce any company logo.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our items are custom made to order, therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges. we provide sizing information for each piece of apparel, and it is up to the customer to be sure the measurements are correct. If the product is faulty, or if there is an oversight on our part, we will certainly re-make and replace it.

SIZING QUESTIONS

All of our items are custom made to order, and we keep nothing pre-made in stock. All sizing information is included in the product description of the item. If you have specific questions regarding your individual size that are not answered in the apparel description, please contact us directly.

SHIPPING POLICY

Upon placing an order through any of our online partner websites, you will receive an email confirmation. Once we process and create your order, you will receive a shipping/tracking notification. Standard production time is about 3-4 business days unless there is a back-order (you will be notified if this is the case). Your order will ship the first business day available after production is complete. Most individual orders are put in hand within 8-10 business days of the order being placed. Most custom team orders are put in hand within two weeks of proof approval.
